Multimodal transportation of Refined Oil Products (ROP) and LPG in the framework of security and safety of energy supplies (98/99.04)

Project Description

This study analysed the possibility of increasing and improving multimodal oil transport from the Russian Federation to the European Union within 5 to 7 years. Three possible routes were studied: the Baltic Corridor, the Central European Corridor and the Black Sea Mediterranean Corridor. The study also set out the ToRs for a company to prepare a business plan for importing refined oil products to the EU.
