Objective:
- Enhancing energy security in the region by addressing energy exports, energy transit and energy demand issues
Enhancing co-operation on open and non-discriminatory access to energy resources and networks
Minimising deterioration of energy networks, developing appropriate network maintenance practices and enhancing network safety and security
Supporting and actively promoting rehabilitation of existing energy infrastructures and development of new ones
