Elimination of cross-subsidies in energy tariffs in Belarus
Objective
This task included the development of Electricity and Gas Tariff Methodologies.
The experts of INOGATE Technical Secretariat had developed and proposed the model for cost reflective tariffs, and prepared a set of regulations.
