INOGATE Regional Seminar on energy planning “From Energy Statistics to Energy Policies”, Chisinau, Moldova
Objective
The Energy Statistics and Electricity and Gas Components of the INOGATE Technical Secretariat join forces to organise a Regional Seminar on Energy Planning. This activity aims to implement the item RWP.14 of the Regional Work Plan: “Regional Workshop on the use of energy statistics, balances and energy efficiency indicators for energy planning”. Emphasis will be put on the governance of the energy planning process in addition to the development of energy policies and measures through the use of credible forecasts and scenarios as well as policy impact quantification methods.
