Objective
The objectives of the assistance are to assess the existing provisions for the measurement and control of reactive power, assess the existing tariff regulations and to recommend a methodology to enable the recovery of the costs associated with the consumption of reactive power by consumers and in the provision of voltage support in the distribution network.
