Objective
The objective of the assignment is to assist the Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia in preparing and implementing the set of individual quality indices of electricity and gas services provided to consumers based on the EU practice in regulating commercial quality of energy supply. The proposed activity will include two on-site visits in Armenia.
