Objective
The objective of the project is to support the State Department for Fuel and Energy Balance in the development of mid to long term energy strategy and plans by providing capacity building in demand forecasting and an introduction to the optimisation of expansion plans based on best practice methodologies used in the EU while taking into account the energy policy objectives of the country.
