Com B: AHEF MD.110, Calculation of losses in electricity distribution grids, methods of calculation and incorporation of losses in end user tariffs
Objective
The overall objective of the project is to enable the National Energy Regulator Agency of Moldova (ANRE) to perform an objective assessment of losses based on EU practices for inclusion in the distribution tariffs.The tariff methodology is already formulated, this AHEF is specifically concerned with the techniques for establishing a reasonable value for current losses and an appropriate future target assuming investments in infrastructure.
