2nd Technical Assistance Mission to Belarus to implement Energy Statistics Action Plan

Objective

To proceed with the further implementation of the Energy Statistics Action Plan, which was endorsed through the signing of an Approval Document in April 2013, a 2nd Technical Assistance Mission will be conducted by the INOGATE Expert Team on Energy Statistics in Minsk, Belarus on 21-23 October 2014, in cooperation with the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus (Belstat).

The main objective of this mission is to provide training to Belstat specialists on compilation of integrated energy balance according to international standards and organisation of final energy consumption survey in the household sector.
