Comp C: C1-2 Baseline survey of institutional and regulatory frameworks in sustainable energy.
Objective
Survey was prepared in the framework of Sustainable Energy Component of the INOGATE Technical Secretariat project. The baseline survey highlights an independent view on the legislation and regulatory frameworks in sustainable energy inINOGATE Partner Countries, namely Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The Survey also serves as a tool for comparison of RES/EE policies in INOGATE Partner Countries and for identification of reforms needed to achieve sustainable development of their economies.
