New Guidelines & Application Form for Assistance under the ITS Ad Hoc Expert Facility (AHEF)
Objective
The ITS "Ad Hoc Expert Facility" (AHEF) is one of the means for providing technical assistance to INOGATE Partner Countries which aims to facilitate the implementation of the Energy Road Map objectives, as agreed at the Energy Ministers’ Conference in Astana, Kazakhstan on 30 November 2006.
Through this facility, INOGATE Partner Countries are able to apply for technical assistance that allows for the mobilisation of expert support at short notice. In this way, the facility aims to better respond to the specific needs of the Partner Countries in the following areas:
• Electricity and gas market convergence; and
• Sustainable energy (including Investments in EE and RES);
