<p> </p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 5px;">We are pleased to inform you that the International <strong>Workshop on Energy performance certification of buildings</strong></p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 5px;"><strong>and energy labelling of appliances </strong>took place on January 18th and 19<sup>th</sup> in Kiev, Ukraine, <strong>President Hotel, Conference Hall, and</strong></p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 5px;">was very well received. We had 31 attendants from the Partner Countries and 48 from Ukraine. The opening speech was given by the Vice-Minister Mr Vitalii Shapovalenko.
